About Us

South Central Early Childhood Intervention Program (ECIP) provides support to families with children from birth to school age who are experiencing a delay in development, have a diagnosed delay or are at risk for developmental delays and as such, may not be achieving typical childhood milestones. ECIP works with the family to enhance all areas of the child’s development, and to work on goals that are designed specifically to help that child reach his or her particular developmental milestones.

ECIP provides families with knowledge about child development, provides information on other community programs or supports available to them, develops programming specific to that child and family's needs and creates the goals needed to assist the child in achieving his/her next steps in development. ECIP aims to strengthen families’ skills and knowledge so that they themselves can assist their child to reach his or her fullest potential.
South Central ECIP is honored to support families during the early formative years that shape a child’s learning and development before they enter school and that will have lasting impacts over their entire lifespan.
